2009 Summer Camp Dates
Intensive Training Camp July 6-9
This camp is for the serious wrestler.  The camp is designed to prepare each athlete for an upcoming tournament or high level competition.  Sessions will consist of high intensity drilling, detailed instruction, weight training, live wrestling, running and individualize goal setting sessions with the RU Coaching Staff.  All wrestlers will compete in a tournament during the camp.
Junior High/Middle School Team/Competition Camp July 6-9
This camp is for the Middle School wrestler who wants to compete in live action while also taking part in state of the art technique sessions.  All teams and individuals are invited.  If your team is unable to attend, you will be placed on a team composed of individuals for the duration of camp.  All wrestlers will compete in dual meets along with an individual tournament.  This Camp will be conducted at College Ave Gym.  Campers can choose to stay overnight or commute.
High School Team Camp July 16-19
Wrestle a season in just 1 week.  Each wrestler will have the opportunity to compete in over 20 matches against top competition from across the east coast.  Team titles will be awarded in the small school and big school divisions.  Camp will also have an Individual Tournament and Crown A "King On the Banks" at 14 weights.  Along with the comeptition each camper will take part in state of the art technique and drilling sessions.  Don't miss this great opportunity to have your team unite and set team and individual goals for the upcoming season.
Youth/Technique  Camp July 20-23
This camp is designed to provide the beginner wrestler with state of the art technique.  Instruction will be provided by some of the best clinicians in the USA.  Camp will consist of proper drilling, learning the "little things" and live wrestling.  Camp will also have lectures on strength training and mental preparation to help the wrestler persevere through the wrestling season.  Camp is open to wrestlers from ages 6-18
