High School Coaches: A coach from your team MUST be present at camp for the entire duration. Also, TEAM CAMP
is now closed. If your team has already registered, please confirm your team roster ASAP. All balances are due
in full prior to camp. All balances paid after July 1st must be paid by money orders only. No personal checks
will be accepted...

2010 Summer Camp Dates
Technique / Training Camp: July 12-15
This camp is for the wrestler who is looking to improve by learning
high level technique and new training ideas. The camp is designed to prepare each athlete for the upcoming
and future seasons. Sessions will consist of high intensity drilling, detailed instruction, weight training, live wrestling,
running and individualized goal setting sessions with the RU Coaching Staff. All wrestlers will also benefit
by competing in a tournament during the camp.
High School Team Camp: July 18-21Wrestle
a season in just 1 week. Each wrestler will have the opportunity to compete in over 20 matches against top
competition from across the east coast. Team titles will be awarded in the small school and big school
divisions. Camp will also have an Individual Tournament and crown a "King On the Banks" at 14 weights. Along
with the competition, each camper will have the opportunity to learn technique from the RU Coaching Staff. Don't miss
this great opportunity to have your team spend a week building team chemistry while also setting team and individual goals
for the upcoming season. 8th Graders are allowed to compete.
Youth Day Camp: July 12-15
This camp is designed to provide the novice wrestler with state of the art technique. Instruction will be provided
by some of the RU Coaching Staff and current members of the Rutgers Team. Camp will consist of instruction in proper
drilling, new technique, and live wrestling. Camp will also provide an opportunity for wrestling
related games and activities. Camp is open to wrestlers from ages 6-14
